What: Happiness Meditation and Mentoring for Spiritual Happiness

Why: You become happy inside consistently no matter what happens outside!. Gain balance and resiliency. Sessions will help to let go past and stop worrying about the future. Learn to enjoy the present moment!

How: We implement 10 Spiritual Models into daily life. Practice each model for 2 weeks consciously. We meditate to become conscious so that we can program these models to our subconscious mind.

Why Every Tuesday

By doing it on Tuesday (It could be your Wednesday, depending on timezone), you can have a stress-free productive week. It is like giving a little pause and remind you to go in balance during the workweek.
