So, most of the time it does affect our lives in a negative manner. We lose our peace of mind and fulfillment in life.
We all have a life path. We also want mainly two things in life, which are happiness and success. In the morning, everyone wakes up looking for a happy and positive day. We all want a good day and to start off on the right foot, with a clear and positive mindset.
Our life path
We see our paths differently as well. The first thing we have to accept is that our paths in life are different and unique from one individual to another. When we travel down different paths, we find different things. But our overall goal, which is common to everyone, is to lead a happy and positive life.
Nobody in the world wakes up in the morning saying “I want to have a bad day.” Rather, we all want a good, happy day. Sometimes our parents may have tried to dictate the path for our own good, but it does not work most of the time. The reason is that we all have a unique path. Parents can only guide us to go down that unique path by sharing their experiences and knowledge.
Why people sometimes fail in their path
Every path is a right path, as all paths can lead to a happy and positive life. Sometimes people are suffering in their paths. The reason for that is we do not walk in the path properly; instead, we walk in the path with a lot of negative thoughts in mind. Negative thoughts create worries. This is a barrier to a worry-free and happy life. Some people go down their path successfully, removing negative thoughts, while others go down their paths with negative thoughts.
Our success and happiness depend on how clean our minds are from negative thoughts. We call these negative “thought bugs.”

The human body is a system. Like any other system, we got some errors from time to time. Negative thought bugs are therefore errors in our human design, for which we can identify seven main types:

How to stop Comparison Bug
Comparison and judgments bring negative aura energy to our lives. The first thing we have to acknowledge is that we all have our paths. There are good periods and not-so-good periods in life. Whatever we go through, when we clean our mind we can make anything a good period. Since each one of us has our path, it is imperative to stop comparing ourselves to others. It could be comparing beauty, money, career, health, children, houses, cars, etc. We should not compare because this creates negative energy. We call the Judgemental Bug an error in our human system since it brings negative energy to our lives.
The Judgemental Bug in our mind always tends to compare and interpret “good vs bad” and “right vs wrong” types of signals. Based on those thoughts we make our day good or bad. If you understand the reality of the situation, this comparison does not help us. It only creates negative energy. Whatever challenge we face, we have to face it with courage since it is an event in our life path. When we accept things for what they are and stop comparing ourselves to others, we get an excellent handle on the situation.
We should stop adding meanings to the situation and instead, look at what needs to be done. Most of the negative thoughts come from comparing things that we know or have experienced before. We have to identify that they are just thoughts and not place too much importance on those thoughts. Accept that things are the way they are and do not be allow the Comparison Bug to weigh on your mind. Each situation is one of the things you must face in your path.
Everybody has thought about their own challenges in life. Some face financial difficulties, some have career issues, others have health issues and still, others have marriage or relationship issues. There are a variety of obstacles to face, as every path in life has challenges. It is a normal thing in life. We have different periods that we all go through. We have to take it easy and focus on the goal, which is happiness. We need to accept our path and do things with the courage to pass through each situation in life.
We should not let the negative thought bugs come to mind. Instead, focus on what you have and what you are striving for. The most valuable thing you have is yourself and your mind. You need to protect that. In order to protect your mind, it is important to stop comparing things and adding meanings to situations. Also, you can think about how grateful you are for the life that you have.
Can we stop negative thought bugs from popping into the mind?
Usually, the mind loves negativity. Therefore, negative thought bugs pop into your mind at times. Some people are aware of thought bugs. What they do is as soon as a negative thought comes to mind, they clear those thought bugs by recognizing that they are just negative thought bugs. Some people do not have this understanding. They start feeling like these thoughts are real. When you think thoughts are real, negative thought bugs sit in your life’s driving seat. When negative thought bugs run your life, you lose the joy and happiness of life.
