Your Lower Self embodies selfishness and is closely tied to the Physical World. It manifests through various attributes such as anger, pride, strong desires, fear, grief, apathy, guilt, and shame. These traits can significantly impact your well-being and overall happiness.

The Lower Self brings unhappiness in the long run. Those who have not discovered their Higher Self do not know how to escape their Lower Self and suffering.
